Hello and welcome!

My name is Holly and I am a Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga teacher accredited with Yoga Alliance.

My yoga journey began a mere eleven-plus years ago and it has become my cornerstone in navigating the everyday, finding pockets of stillness and refilling that energy cup.

I would love to share this knowledge with you in the hopes that you too can learn the ways of yoga as a way to come back to you.

My offer for you

The beauty of yoga is that within every asana (pose), mantra, sequence, mudra and texts, there is an

unfolding. It is in the letting go that the heart calms, the mind can be clear and the soul can be peaceful.

And in a world which demands our attention 24/7, yoga holds space for us to understand how to

circumnavigate distractions and come back to the present.

The more we learn how to tune into these pockets of stillness, tools for regulating our nervous system and

activating the parasympathetic, life outside of our inner truth, our inner guidance,  can feel more manageable, navigable and beautiful.

Classes

Exciting news! A weekly 1hr class

begins on 3rd July, 6.30pm at St. John's Church Hall.

Drawing from traditional Hatha yoga, this session encourages listening to your body, bringing awareness to your breath and

the present moment.

THE GOAL OF YOGA
(isn't the perfect pose)
It isn't about touching your toes or bending in half.
It's about softening where you once held tension.
Peeling back the layers of resistance, both in your body and mind. Learning to listen, to your breath,
your heart, your truth.
Yoga isn't about achieving, it's about allowing.
Come to your mat not to perform, but to be.
